It is awarded to girls who demonstrate exemplary character and leadership during the PBB Training and Selection Camp (held every year during June). Along with the award, the GB girl will receive 5 CCA points for her great achievement and, also, help her company to achieve "company award points" that will accumulate to ultimately give the company the "Gold Company Award".
An outstanding showing at the PBB camp will earn the GB girl a rare "Certificate of Distinction" which will validate her excellent leadership skills and immense capability.
To qualify for the training and selection camp, the following has to be achieved:
1. Earn both the Senior Pin and the Pioneer Pin
2. Led from Leadership Positions within the company and/or GB (eg. Squad Leaders, Committee Heads, etc)
3. Good Attendance at company meetings
4. Exemplary attitude and behaviour (verified by Captain/Officers/Principal)
5. Participated at National Events (P&D, A&D, National Competitions/Events)

You should aim for the PBB Award early in lower secondary and work to achieve it along your days in the company :)
